How do we wash your special pants?

• Separation: Pants are separated by color and fabric type to prevent fading or damage in the wash.
• Pre-treatment: If the pants have stains or difficult-to-remove soil, a pre-treatment is applied to those areas before the wash begins.
• Washing: Pants are placed in a commercial washing machine and mild fabric detergents are added as needed. The washing machine adjusts itself in terms of water temperature, speed and duration of the wash cycle.
• Rinse: After washing, the pants are rinsed to completely remove excess detergent and fabric softener.
• Drying: The pants are placed in an industrial dryer. The drying time and temperature are adjusted based on the type of fabric in the pants and the amount of moisture in the pants.
• Ironing: If necessary, the pants are ironed after drying. Ironing is done at a suitable temperature according to the fabric of the pants.
• Folded and packed: The pants are folded and packed for delivery to the customer.
